Corporate law has no secrets for her. Since 2004, she has been assisting the Clients in implementing their business plans, supporting them at every stage of the investment process. She executed a wide range of successful transactions (joint ventures, reorganisations and restructurings involving mergers, divisions and acquisitions of companies) and each subsequent forms an exciting challenge for her.

She provided counselling services for the benefit of the Clients from many sectors, including pharmaceutical, fin tech, manufacturing, life science, technology and energy. Due to the cooperation with entities operating in such different sectors of the economy, she has a grasp of the market and the market knowledge that are extremely useful in the implementation of subsequent projects.

He provides counselling services for the benefit of many Polish and foreign entrepreneurs also in the scope of legal and labour aspects of their activities, including the choice of optimal forms of employment.
