I have gained professional experience in renowned international and domestic law firms, including CMS Cameron McKenna, GESSEL and WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński Baehr as well as in the dispute resolution and M&A departments.

I am passionate about representing corporate and individual Clients in numerous civil proceedings before common courts, mainly in commercial cases, in proceedings before arbitration courts as well as in court and administrative and criminal proceedings in which I act as the attorney-in-fact or defence counsel.

Many of the proceedings which I conducted have a high value of the subject of the dispute or a significant degree of complexity.

I have extensive experience in providing legal counselling services in the scope of preparation and implementation of investments in specialist infrastructure – including railway, road, harbour and energy infrastructure which includes in particular civil law, including contract law, administrative law and construction law.
